The enzyme face mask is a treatment exfoliant with a creamy texture based on the fruit enzymes papain and bromelain. It is suitable for almost all skin types, including more sensitive skin (depending on the type of sensitivity).
It does not contain classic acids for exfoliation and is therefore a more adequate alternative for skin prone to irritation or for easier integration into a routine with retinoids and other stronger active ingredients.
The mask enriched with Teflose® active complex, beta-glucan and pineapple extract gently removes dead skin cells and makes the complexion smoother and fresher, and can be used up to several times a week.
In addition to exfoliation itself, the mask hydrates the skin and helps prevent irregularities. It is applied to clean and dry skin in the evening, left on for 15-20 minutes and then washed off. For a better effect on more resistant skin, it can (and is recommended) be left on longer or overnight. In the evenings when this mask is applied, it is not recommended to apply retinoids and/or acids, and the skin should be protected with SPF during the day.
