All Grace, a cosmetics distribution company that garnered attention when it was sold to Pond Group at the end of July, has once again become a topic of discussion as it announced the opening of a new K-beauty curation store in Bukchon, Seoul this December.
Recently, Market Economy News interviewed Kang-il Kim, the CEO of All Grace and the original planner behind the ultra-successful Korean beauty brand Beauty of Joseon— a major name in global cosmetics — to hear the blueprint for ‘Pick No.3’ before its official launch.
While traditional stores display products, PICK No.3 presents topics.
The topics are closely analyzed over 2,000 individual customer skin concerns, redefining them into 200 unique topics. When customers enter the store, they first encounter their personal skincare topic, not rows of products - it’s a salon-like space for communicating about skin concerns and finding real solutions.
